Building Leadership Bridges (BLB 2001-2007)
Each year we publish original, peer-reviewed, never before published articles in an annual thematic volume. BLB captures the best contemporary thinking about leadership today from a diverse range of scholars, practitioners, and educators working in the field of leadership around the world. In keeping with the mission of the ILA, each volume connects different experiences, traditions, and ways of thinking about leadership in the modern world. Leadership: Impact, Culture, & Sustainability the 2007 volume of our annual Building Leadership Bridges Series, the latest in the series, is now available. 

Conference Proceedings

Online conference proceedings-- a short selection of materials from the 1998-2003 conferences is available free online.

CD-ROM of conference proceedings -- beginning with our 2004 conference, approximately 75% of conference presentations each year are available on CD-ROM.

The Leadership Quarterly

The ILA is officially affiliated with the The Leadership Quarterly, a premier leadership journal published by Elsevier.  ILA Members receive substantial discounts off both online and print subscription rates to the journal. 

LQ brings together a focus on leadership for scholars, consultants, practicing managers, executives and administrators, as well as those numerous university faculty members across the world who teach leadership as a college course. It provides timely publication of leadership research and applications and has a global reach.

Leadership Excellence Magazine

In partnership with Executive Excellence Publishing, the ILA offers members free online access to Leadership Excellence, the monthly magazine devoted to Organizational Leadership. Each issue features 16 to 18 short articles authored by top executives, professors, trainers and consultants on seven dimensions of management and leadership: management, vision/mission, innovation/ change, competence, people, performance, and ethics.
