Manfred
F. R. Kets De Vries is a Clinical Professor of Leadership Development
who holds the Raoul de Vitry d’Avaucourt Chair of Leadership Development
at INSEAD in Fontainebleau. He is the Director of INSEAD Global Leadership
Centre (IGLC) and is also a consultant on organizational design/transformation
and strategic human resource management to leading U.S., Canadian, European,
African, and Asian companies. As an educator and consultant he has worked
in more than forty countries.
He is the author, co-author, or editor of more than thirty books and
has published over 300 scientific papers as chapters in books and as articles.
His books and articles have been translated into twenty languages. He is
a member of seventeen editorial boards. He has been elected a Fellow of
the Academy of Management.
He was presented the Lifetime Achievement Award in the 2008 ILA Annual
Conference.
Agata
Halczewska-Figuet is the Executive Director in the INSEAD Global Leadership
Centre, and Executive Coach. She has an extensive experience of operating
in various, multicultural environments, most specifically in the field of
manufacturing, sales and marketing, finance and R&D. She brings to the executive
coaching her "real life" experience in complex and multicultural business
settings.
Agata has a business degree from a Warsaw business
school, degree in literature from Catholic Institute of Paris, and
a Master in Human Resources from IGS, Paris. She combines an
international corporate career on senior HR level with expertise in the
clinical coaching approach. Agata graduated from the Coaching and Consulting
for Change program and got the INSEAD Diploma of Clinical Organizational
Psychology. She is experienced of 360° instruments and has an extensive
experience of coaching and HR consulting.
