The ILA seeks proposal submissions that
represent the best contemporary thinking about leadership
from a diverse range of leadership scholars, practitioners,
educators, program directors, consultants, students, and
other leaders and leadership professionals. The conference
theme is meant to assist, not limit or restrict proposal
creation.
All proposals must specify a presentation
track, or tracks for submission. Proposals will be reviewed
and accepted through these presentation tracks. Please review
the Presentation Tracks before creating your submission,
and to determine the appropriate selection for your proposal.
If you feel your proposal submission is relevant to more
than one track please specify a secondary track.
All proposals must also determine a presentation
format. Please review the Presentation Session Types to
determine the presentation format for your proposed conference
session.
Please review these additional proposal
creation areas when forming your proposal:
- Areas of Evaluation
