This session is about exploring the new 2.0 world context - what will be the key values and behaviours driving success? And most importantly, how can we build transformative learning experiences for our new emerging leaders?
In this highly interactive workshop, we will explore the profile of a leader in tomorrow's net driven world. We will deep dive into what makes them tick, how it differs from the current context we work in and most importantly, how we can build meaningful learning experiences that transform and grow our future talent.
Expect to get active, get pumped, and experiential to learn innovative leading edge learning techniques that will become commonplace in years to come. How will technology be used in learning? How can we stimulate learners with a short attention span? How can we build the competencies needed in a collaborative networked global business?
Leader 2.0 will tackle the challenges, showcase the opportunities and deal with the many questions arising in traditional organizations today.
Leader 2.0: How do we REALLY build transformative experiences for this new generation of leaders and managers?
(NOTE: This session will follow on from the high rated session we ran last year called Mission Impossible: Learning to work, play and think like tomorrow's generation of leaders. In fact, we design this session in response to the many follow up questions that session generated.) Mazzy Cameron, Henderson Global Investors Bio: Mazzy has worked with leadership development over the last 9 years in the profit, not-for-profit and educational sectors. She has designed and trained in leadership courses in over 20 countries, across sector, for audiences ranging from students to managing board teams. Her passion is unleashing the potential and authenticity of those around her, and engaging young leaders in social and business transformation. An Australian by birth she currently lives in The United Kingdom where she continues to nomadically tour the planet, engage in writing and play in improvisational theatre.
